Add one or more works by this poet (optional).

Fill out the poet details — enter their name, a short bio, a Wikipedia or other URL, and an image link if available.

Find the location — use the Find a Location panel on the left to search for the city or region associated with this poet (e.g. their birthplace or where they worked).

Save the location — once your search returns a result, click Use searched location in the Poet Details section to fill in the coordinates automatically.

Choose a location type — select whether the location is a birthplace, residence, death place, or somewhere the poet was active.

Add works — optionally click + Add work to attach one or more poems or collections, including title, year, and a link.

Submit — hit Submit Poet when you're done. Your submission will go into the curator queue for review.

Search for the poet — type their name in the Find a Poet box above and select them from the results.

Update their details — edit the name, bio, Wikipedia link, or image URL as needed. Leave fields unchanged if they're already correct.

Edit or add works — update existing works using their fields, remove any with the ✕ button, or click + Add work to attach a new poem or collection.

Submit changes — click Submit Changes when done. Your edits will go into the curator queue for review before going live.

Review pending poet submissions. Approved entries go live immediately.
